In a white-on-white work, where the text is almost invisible, a synthesis of one of the deadliest moments in human existence is shown: an approach to the photographic record of Fat Man dropped on Nagasaki in 1945. The pale background of the image is the center of the explosion, which, with a force of 21 kilotons, loses its capacity to be visible. “The unbearable violence of the color white” is a reflection on the connotations of color, both in terms of racist violence and philosophical implications, considering the inert state that follows wars.
